The One Quality To Imbibe in Young Girls Today

The most important quality we should be raising young girls today with, is Leadership. 

 Women are extremely capable of becoming great leaders and that is because few characteristics of leaders come to us naturally. Women have a natural tendency to be honest and sincere about work. Women have a certain amount of sensitivity in addition to expertise in their field, which makes a woman's decision wiser and more humane as compared to men. Women inherently care about their clients, due to which their client-relationship becomes greater than just a professional relationship. This allows quality of work to improve for the client. Women are naturally good at multi-tasking, because in most cases, they are all-rounders, being a boss, a leader, a wife, a daughter and a mother at the same time. This multi-tasking helps them to manage many tasks at workplace too. Women can inspire other people to complete not just their assigned tasks but to achieve the best version of their selves, at the workplace, and in life. That's why I think the world should have more women leaders.

I feel Leadership is a quality that is not very common in the women community since a long time, not because we don't want to become leaders, but because of what our society has labelled women to be since centuries. 


We have seen so many influential women. The most recent examples being Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand and Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany who have been praised a lot for their handling startegy of the COVID-19. These countries have done better than most countries, and have minimal losses and lower death rates. PM Ardren addressed her nation via a casual facebook video when they declared the lockdown, dressed in her home clothes after putting her toddler to sleep. She ensured the nation to not get anxious, and the message was portrayed more strongly by her calm and relaxed face in the video. Whereas Mr. Trump was fierce in dealing with the situation, calling the virus a brilliant enemy. But his attacking nature led to no good for the United States. Here we can clearly see the advantages women-led teams and nations have over male-lead. Of course male leadership has its own perks, but what we need in today's disturbed world is more peace, friendship and love, and women leaders are capable of making this world a better place. They can solve problems through negotiations, settlements that are beneficial to both sides and totally remove the concept of wars, be it physical, technological or biological.

And that's why, according to me, Female Leadership is extremely important for today's world, to restore its calmness and peace.

The Journey to IIT - Part 2

Hello there! So in the previous part, you heard about how I landed into MPrakash Academy. My first year at MPA was enjoyable but equally difficult. We had science once a week for 2 hours, 7 pm - 9 pm batch and Maths twice a week. I had never heard of what a proof is before I came here.
